Things that work differently on Linux
Section titled “Things that work differently on Linux”- The tray icon shows your task and time next to it. Choose Open Unospace in its menu to open the panel. Linux tray icons can’t react to a plain click the way macOS’s can.
- Ctrl+Shift+Space opens the panel from anywhere on X11 sessions, which is Zorin OS’s default. Wayland doesn’t let apps grab global shortcuts. There, add a custom shortcut in Settings → Keyboard that runs
xdg-open unospace://panel. - Shortcuts inside the panel use Ctrl where macOS uses ⌘.
- Sync tokens are stored in the system keyring: GNOME Keyring on Zorin OS and Ubuntu, or KWallet.
