How do I get started?
Section titled “How do I get started?”After installing, Unospace lives in your menu bar. Click the icon, or press ⌘⇧Space from anywhere, to open the panel. Type a task with a time estimate in parentheses, for example Review proposal (45), then start the timer when you begin. Your first day walks through it.
How do I start the trial or unlock Pro?
Section titled “How do I start the trial or unlock Pro?”Open Preferences → Pro. From the Pro card you can start the 14-day free trial (nothing is charged) or unlock Pro for a one-time $9.99 through the App Store. Already bought Pro, or switching to a new Mac? Use Restore Purchases on the same card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Section titled “What happens when the trial ends?”Pro features (sync, the analytics dashboard, focus sessions and automation links) pause. Your connections and data are kept, and unlocking Pro brings everything back. The free features, including tasks, estimates, the timer, day balance, history and todo.txt export, keep working.
How do I get a refund?
Section titled “How do I get a refund?”Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Unospace Pro.
How do I connect a sync service?
Section titled “How do I connect a sync service?”Sync with YouTrack, Todoist and Nifty uses an API token: open Preferences, choose the service, and paste your token. ClickUp connects through a sign-in window instead. Tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain (Linux: the system keyring) and sent only to the service you connected. See Sync.
Why did the todo.txt export stop?
Section titled “Why did the todo.txt export stop?”The Mac version is sandboxed, so it can only write to a folder you have picked. If the export stops working or access is lost, open Preferences and pick the folder again. See todo.txt export.
Does Unospace work on Linux?
Section titled “Does Unospace work on Linux?”Yes. Download the .deb or AppImage from the Install page. On Linux, everything is unlocked for free. Open Unospace from the tray menu with Open Unospace. On X11, the global shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+Space. Past versions are on GitHub.
What are the system requirements?
Section titled “What are the system requirements?”macOS 12 or later, installed from the Mac App Store. Linux builds are provided as .deb and AppImage for x64.
